Scholarships

The Mission of the Lake Martin Auburn Club is Threefold:

1. Provide a means in our local Lake Martin area to involve and engage Auburn alumni and friends in promoting and supporting the mission and purpose of the Auburn Alumni Association and Auburn University

2. To help provide local students the financial support to attend Auburn University – many of whom would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend

3. Promote the “Auburn Spirit” through activities of the club

Your support is needed to accomplish all parts of our Mission – through the time that you commit to our projects and events and/or your financial contributions!!

How Can You Contribute Financially ?

We have fully funded and endowed our Jimmy "Red" Phillips Scholarship Fund at $50,000.! Thank all of you that contributed. We did this in record time!

Now we embark on our next scholarship drive, The Lake Martin Auburn Club Scholarship Fund. This Fund will provide scholarships annually ( as many as funded by our club) at an amount of $2,500 per scholarship! In other words each year we will grant two scholarships based on the Phillips Fund and as many more as we can raise funds for our LMAC Scholarship Fund! So let's get started!
